  CSA is a complex issue that has not been adequately addressed in any population. It continues to be an invisible issue, with denial that is both lethal though not astonishing due t the repugnant nature of the crime. As difficult as it is to think about and as much as we would like not to believe the numbers, CSA is an epidemic.
